APPLICATION - NIKKEI SENIOR GOLFERS MEMBERSHIP FORM



Single Golfer
The Nikkei Senior Golfers is an organization dedicated to promoting friendship and 
sportsmanship between couples sharing a common interest in golf.  To be a successful 
club, all members willingly accept tasks when asked by officers such as chairing 
tournaments on occasions and serving on committees and the Board as examples.  
Membership qualifications are as follows:

    1.  Applicants must be 55 years or older.
    2.  Applicants must be sponsored by a Nikkei Senior Golfer member.
    3.  Applicants must have an official SCGA, WSCGA, IDC or equivalent index not 
        exceeding 28 for men and 36 for women.
    4.  Applicants play one round with a Board member and a second round with a club 
        member. Board member and club member cannot be the sponsor of the applicant.
    5.  Annual membership assessment of $50* is due on November 1.
