- The Fair Flite Golf Club will reimburse the Tournament Chairperson with one (1) green fee,
up to $40.00 per month as compensation for the large amount of work involved.
- A PUTTS pot was created in March, 1993.
- Ten cents will be collected for each putt over 2 per hole (10 cents for a 3 putt, 20 cents
for a 4 putt, etc.).
- Collections will be based on the honor system.
- The Tournament Chairperson shall keep track of the pot accumulation.
- The money collected during the year will be used for the Shinnenkai prize fund.
- A Board decision was made and passed on January 2, 2002, to charge the membership
monies to cover any additional costs such as WPLGA club membership dues.
- The "Hole-in-One-Pot" is handled by the Treasurer.
- When a Hole-in-One is made, an additional charge of $2.00 will be charged per member
to replenish the pot.
- The yearly “Hole-in-One Pot” of $1.00 is collected with the annual dues.
- Members voted to raise annual membership dues from $35.00 to $40.00 per year (June
2016).
- To qualify for major awards, a player must have credit for the required rounds played
for membership before the major tournament in December.
- Player of the Year will be determined by a point system from January to December and
awarded at the Shinnenkai Tournament.
- Points shall be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishes.
- A perpetual plaque will be awarded and kept by that member for the year.
- Club Champion will be the winner of the December Christmas tournament.
- A perpetual trophy will be awarded and kept by that member for the year.
- The Overall Low Net winner in Major Tournaments has been eliminated. There will be a
low net winner in each flight. (September 2019).
- Optional Pot winnings for low front, low back and least putts go to the best scores (winner
take all). Ties are split.
- A Perfect Attendance Award will be given to qualifying members.
